These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of flasoccerandfitness.com and the services offered by Futboland Academy, a youth soccer academy based in Land O' Lakes, Florida. By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms

Program name: Futboland Academy Text Messages.

Program description: Our trial request form offers two separate text message consents. Trial detail texts (required to submit a trial request): informational messages about your trial session — what to bring, the location, our parent policy and how to confirm attendance with Coach Nina. Program updates & offers (optional): recurring marketing messages about our programs, camps and offers, sent only if you check that separate box.

Message frequency varies; marketing messages are limited to up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, submit the trial request form again or text START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of joining the academy.

Trial sessions & participation

Submitting a trial request does not guarantee a spot. A signed waiver (sent by Futboland Academy via DocuSign) must be completed before any player participates. Parents agree to follow our parent policy during sessions.

Purchases

Memberships and programs purchased on this website are processed securely by Stripe. Academy apparel is sold through our partner Flite Sports and is subject to Flite Sports' own terms.

Changes to these terms

Futboland Academy may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
