Who we are

This website is operated by Futboland Academy, a youth soccer academy based in Land O' Lakes, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through flasoccerandfitness.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a trial session, we collect the parent's name, email address and mobile phone number, the player's name and date of birth, and your preferred trial time. When you join our email list, create an account or make a purchase, we collect the details needed to provide that service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and run trial sessions and programs, send the updates you asked for, and operate the academy. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

Our trial request form has two separate text message consent checkboxes. The first (required to submit a trial request) covers informational texts about your trial: what to bring, the location, our parent policy and how to confirm attendance with Coach Nina. The second is optional and covers recurring marketing texts from Futboland Academy about our programs, camps and offers (up to 4 messages per month). You can agree to one without the other. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected]. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of joining the academy.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with our text message service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you requested.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website — hosting, email delivery, text message delivery (Twilio), payments (Stripe) and website analytics (Google Analytics). They may process your information only to provide their services to us.

Children's information

Player information (name and date of birth) is provided by a parent or guardian and is used only to place the player in the right session. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to update or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
